1. You have a specific business goal: We’ll start with a clarity call to map out what you want to achieve. I’ll then create a personalized plan with targeted coaching exercises. You’ll also have tasks to complete between sessions, and I’ll hold you accountable to get s*it done.

2. You need tech help: No problem. During our Zoom calls, we can work directly on your website, funnels, or landing pages. I’ll share my screen and walk you through exactly how to make the changes yourself—so you won’t need to rely on a third party anymore.

3. You want a sounding board or someone to answer your questions: You can use some or all of your sessions this way. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas or troubleshooting, I’m here to support you however you need.

2. You need tech help, or you want a sounding board or answers to specific questions: You can book your calls whenever you need them—there’s no expiry. Use some now, and keep a few in your back pocket for the future if you prefer. Totally up to you.

Yep, all Systeme.io coaching sessions are on Zoom—no commuting, no dressing up, and definitely no pressure to have a tidy background (I’m not judging). As long as your Wi-Fi holds up and you’re in a spot where you can focus, we’re good to go. Bring a cuppa and we'll get to work.

Absolutely. My calendar automatically adjusts to your local time, and I’ve worked with clients all over the world. We’ll find a slot that works.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance—no problem at all. If it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may count as used. I totally get that life happens, but to keep things fair and consistent, I stick to this policy for everyone. If there’s a genuine emergency, though, just drop me a message—we’ll work something out.

Nope, but that’s because I’m fully committed to helping you get results—and I ask for that same commitment from you. That said, if you feel after the first session that it’s really not the right fit, get in touch and we’ll chat.
